How do I order my hair extensions online? Simple just click on the links or buttons on our home page for the product you would like to view, You may need to click on your nearest country online store location.

How do I make payment? We use the secure paypal system, YOU DO NOT NEED a paypal account to purchase, simply click on dont have paypal account and you can pay with any major credit/debit card. If you do have paypal you can also use funds from that.

How do I know if my payment is safe? We use paypal as it is one of the safest, largest online companies in the world for accepting online payments. Go to there site www.paypal.com to show what measures they have to protect buyers.

After ordering when will I receive my product? We dispatch all orders within 3 business days and depending on your location will take 7-10 business days for delivery. We do offer express postage on request.

Its not charging me for postage, why? Some of our products have free postage. If it says $0 in the postage section at checkout please do not worry you do not need to pay for postage. We have specials and free postage on many items but not all of them. If you are going to be charged for postage the amount will clearly show in the payment section at checkout before any payment is processed.

Some of your products look the same but have different prices, why? We have different types of hair and amount of pieces in each set may be different. We have indian, asian and russian hair which have different prices.

I am thinking about ordering some clip hair extensions or tape hair extensions. How do I make sure the colour matches my own hair?

It’s simple and easy. You place an order for the colour you feel is closest to your own. Our extensions are multi tonal so chances are even if your shade is a little different the extensions will still blend well in with your own hair. WE DO offer exchange or refund on all items or You can also email us a photo of your hair colour or send us a sample and we will provide an exact colour match to your own hair. email us at ultimatehairextensions@hotmail.com

Please note the new tape hair extensions are for permanent wear lasting approx 3 months. The hair can be re used. The hair is pre taped ready to apply and we have video tutorials on our site. The tape extensions are the new safe method taking over the glue in and micro ring extensions. Thse can be applied in under one. Hour. How long can I keep my clip-in extensions in for?

Normally you will fit them and remove them each day.

Will the hair be comfortable to wear and are the clips noticable?

No after correct application you wont even feel that you are wearing them at all. The clips are small secure and completely undetectable as they are the same colour as the extensions, unlike the big silver clips available with other brands.

When you clip in the extensions, are they secure, or do they keep falling out?

They are secure. Most people wear clip-ins when they dance/ excercise and they stay secure and in place.

How long do will they last if I have them Glued-in instead before they need re-fitting?

Approx 3-4 weeks

 

My hair is only about one inch long. Is this long enough for me to wear extensions?

To be effective, your hair needs to be at least ponytail length. That way the clips wont show through.

What is the shortest length of hair extensions you supply?

16" Please contact us if you require this length as the products on our site are 20" in length

How long will my clip in extensions last? And how should I brush and wash them?

How long they last depends on how they are cared for, and how harsh the environment they worn in. Being gently will help get the longest life out of them.

Can you wash the extensions with normal shampoo? And is there a special procedure I should follow?

You can wash them in any shampoo and condition as normal.

I understand it takes only 10 minutes to fit the clip-in extensions. How long does it take to fit the tape in type?

Fitting the tape in extensions takes about an hour. The key is to take your time and be patient so you get the look you want. Of course you’ll get faster at fitting them, each time you do.

Can you curl, or wave, the straight extensions?

Yes, you can style them as you would your own hair.

I have very fine hair and I worry that the clips on the clip-in extensions will show through. How small are the clips, and will they show through?

The clips are small. If you have very fine hair the clips still wont be seen, Of course you can buy a set and check for yourself.

Can I wear my hair up when my extensions are in place? Would the clips show?

Yes you can wear your hair up. Normally the clips wont show, a little experimentation and you’ll know which styles work best for you.

My hair is quite fine. Will the extensions snap my own hair with the extra weight?

You hair should be fine, the extensions are very light and comfortable to wear.

If I used the tape-in extensions, would I be able to have my hair up in a pony-tail, for example, or would you see the tape?

You wouldn’t see the tape. it is almost invisable.

I have long, fine hair, Which type of extensions would work best for me?

That’s really up to you – clip in for quick long hair, tape in for a semi permanent solution.

My hair is currently blonde, but I’m thinking of dying it flame red. Can I dye the extensions myself?

You can dye them any colour you wish but we would not recommend excesive use of dyes even on your own hair.

I’m going abroad on holiday. Will my hair extensions be OK in the sun, and in the swimming pool?

They should be OK in the sun. Not sure about the pool, as we’ve never tested them.

I have bleached blonde hair on top and a purple-burgundy colour under this. Do you see this as a problem?

We should be able to match that. We have many colour shades, but only one purple, and one burgundy.

How much hair will I get with my order?

Each pack of CLIP IN instant hair extensions will make up. we have 9 piece and 7 piece sets

1 x 7 inch wide piece, 3 clips

1 x 6 inch wide piece, 2 clips

1 x 5 inch wide piece, 2 clips

6 x 1 inch wide pieces 1 clip each piece (for the sides of your head) 4 x 1 inch wide for the sides in our 7 piece sets

1 fitting instructions

Each pack of TAPE IN instant hair extensions comprises the same quantity of hair plus we have bottles of  special remover and rolls of tape for re applying the tape after 3 months. Plus the fitting instructions.

Can you tell me more about your guarantee?

It's simple. We want you to be delighted with your hair. Hair is a very personal thing and there are hygiene issues to be considered. In the unlikely event of the product arriving damaged please contact us by phone or email immediately so we can correct the problem. If at all possible please photograph the damaged packaging and email this to ultimatehairinfo@aol.com to assist with our claim against the couriers.
